With a street date set for February 27th 2007, keep your eyes peeled
for Evett’s latest album "Middle of the Middle". If his music was
hard to classify before, this album won’t shorten the
description. Evett seamlessly transitions through many genres in
this eclectic, iPod ready mix.

Released in 2004 this is a road record composed on various tours, with
Evett--under the influence of sketchy accommodations, weird food, and
audience-fueled adrenaline rushes--writing the songs in green rooms,
hotels, tour buses and airplanes. This record is the first to
capture Evett's steel resonator fretless dobro, the distinctive sound
of which can be heard on the songs "Claim to Fame," "Fly Myself To
Sleep," and "Token Hearted."

Released in 2000 this is the first album of its kind, featuring dynamic
instrumental music showcasing the fretless guitar as the main sound
producer. Tracks such as "Singing Bowl," "Steeple," and "Transcendental
Floss," explode as Evett’s glass fingerboards break all existing
fretless guitar barri
e
rs, and produce nearly every sound on this
album.
“Truly a unique, experimental fusion of rock and jazz, Ned Evett will make you rethink the plucked-stringed instrument.” -Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine
